About the Job
This position requires someone who is passionate about home electronics and has excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for traveling to customers' homes to diagnose and repair large products, providing advice on products and services, and ensuring orders are completed efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience actively using and learning about home theater and appliance products, as well as 6 months of experience delivering, installing or repairing consumer electronic products.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment
- 1 year of experience in the electronics industry
