Appliance Installation and Repair Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Appliance Installation and Repair Technician to join our team. As an essential member of our crew, you will travel to customers' homes to diagnose, disassemble, and repair large products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer advice on products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Diagnose and Repair Issues: Evaluate the severity of device issues and de-escalate difficult client interactions as needed.
- Manage Routes and Orders: Prepare customers' products for repair in the home, manage routes, part orders, and returns to avoid excessive costs and losses.
- Offer Alternative Solutions: Provide alternative solutions when customers choose not to continue with their repair.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months of experience delivering, installing, or repairing consumer electronic products.
- Customer Service: 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment.
- Electronics Industry: 1 year of experience in an electronics industry.
- Licensing: Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help.
