What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Manager, Audience Operations position at Best Buy?
The Associate Manager, Audience Operations is part of the Media Strategy and Operations team, responsible for assisting with the operations and administration of audience platforms, and the syndication of audiences for activation across Best Buy Ads marketing channels. This role will also manage deliverables and reports to inform audience strategy and activation within campaigns and assist with oversight of buying platforms. The Associate Manager works cross functionally with media teams, channel owners, agency, technology and legal / privacy teams.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Administration and day to day contact across multiple audience platforms (including Salesforce, Adobe RTCDP, and Data Collaboration platforms)
- Syndication of audiences to marketing, media and measurement destinations for activation.
- Intake, prioritization, tracking and fulfillment of new audience requests.
- Maintain regular reports and dashboards in partnership with platforms, media strategy and agency teams.
- Manage or support programmatic, audience, identity and privacy projects as assigned.
