Job Overview: Business development and operations leadership role at a large-scale composting facility responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer partnerships, sourcing and developing new business ventures, and soliciting new customers. Leads and oversees food waste depackaging operations, offsite grinding and service operations ensuring safety, product quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Solid Waste Management, Soil Science, or other Environmental Field OR 7 or more years of experience in solid waste, composting, or organics recycling fields.
- Customer relationship development and management experience.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills – verbal, follow-through.
- Knowledge and understanding of industrial composting and the value of using compost as a finished product.
- 3 or more years supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
