Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Experience Agent to join our team. This role requires the ability to deliver, install, and repair technology products in customers' homes while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless installation processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, and repair technology products in customers' homes.
- Measure and protect areas where major appliances are being delivered and installed.
- Determine whether any doors in the customer's home need to be removed or fixtures need to be moved.
- Provide guidance and support to new drivers on proper installation techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and installation processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, integration, network, or repair experience or military equivalent.
- Hold a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents).
- Be physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling weights up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds as part of a team, with the use of a harness, lift, or dolly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Obtain and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hired.
