What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Partner Manager position at Best Buy?
As the Learning Partner Manager, you will provide peer leadership among a team of learning professionals in the successful creation of Best Buy learning programs and solutions across multiple formats. This role focuses on the development of learning experiences that factors in the needs of employees, customers and the business. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional groups to provide input on deliverables and their impact on the audience and ensuring quality output.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What you'll do
- Support Learning Partners in the prioritization and enablement of training
- Oversee complex projects end to end and deliver measurable impact
- Build and implement training material for specific programs
- Produce measurable summaries on the impact of solutions connecting to overall vision
- Advise content creators on the learning solution and provide input on how to match the content to the strategic vision
- Enable training for the strategies developed, focused on innovating learning environments across the organization
