Position Overview :
The Assistant to the Company President acts as a trusted partner, handling a wide range of executive, administrative, and strategic tasks to support the president's role in leading the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Manage the president's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters on behalf of the president.
Strategic Support :
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
Conduct research and gather data for decision-making and project planning.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Communication Management :
Act as a liaison between the president and internal / external stakeholders.
Draft communications, announcements, and memos for distribution.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Project Management :
Coordinate and monitor special projects as assigned by the president.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Provide updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Office Operations :
Oversee office operations related to the executive suite, ensuring a professional environment.
Manage expense reports, budgets, and other financial tasks.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience :
35 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
