Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Answer customer inquiries about automotive services and repairs
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information
- Balance daily transactions and process daily deposit
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CDK is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
