Primary Responsibilities
- Generate leads by engaging with your local community.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Conduct weather damage inspections (drones can be used if the roof is too steep).
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Our production department handles all installations and our sales reps conduct roof inspections.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well collaboratively with others.
- Proficient with basic computer functions.
- Sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license.

- Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures/videos during property inspections.

- Flexible hours: 20-40 hours/week. The only days that are required to be in the office are Monday and Friday mornings.

- Pay Rate: Compensation is based on performance, experience, and ability to exceed sales goals. Maximum earnings potential is typically achieved when working 40 hours/week.
