Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Organize and oversee recognition programs, incentives, and team-building activities.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and use data to drive improvements.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, providing necessary resources and support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and training teams to enhance training programs.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ongoing employee development initiatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for gameday event staff and security personnel regarding workplace concerns and general support.
- Improve internal communication channels to ensure employees receive timely updates and important information.
- Work closely with operations teams to align employee experience initiatives with business goals.
- Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring staff have a positive experience.
- Address employee concerns in real-time and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to maintain service excellence.
- Assist with employee performance tracking and provide coaching and feedback as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of employee feedback, concerns, and resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, event management, or a related role.
- Experience in the sports, entertainment, or security industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
