Job Summary
The Operations Support Center Representative is responsible for providing essential support to the operations team of our crowd management company. This role focuses on facilitating efficient staffing and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can handle a fast-paced environment, working closely with various departments to support hiring and operational needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating event staff scheduling, including reviewing event schedules, scheduling line-level staff, supporting conversion to post practices, and maintaining candidate communication
- Support employee engagement activities that comply with company standards.
- Work with the operations team to understand staffing needs for upcoming events and proactively communicate any shortages or overages
- Ensure all employees are actively using BEST tools and communicating with BEST on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of employee communication.
- Regularly audit employee records on usage of BEST tools and scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as preparing reports, scheduling, and coordinating event logistics.
- Assist in maintaining an organized communication flow between departments, ensuring all operations staff are informed and prepared for their roles.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline hiring, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in an outbound call center, customer service, hospitality, or temporary staff recruiting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Use of outbound calling, texting, and other mass communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
