Key Responsibilities :
Team Coordination : Schedule and manage all staff on the 24 / 7 Security Team.

Staff Development : Train, coach, and mentor security staff to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Event Support : Assist in planning and coordinating operations for events.
Regional Liaison : Travel to regional meetings and foster relationships with local law enforcement.
Crisis Management : Lead investigations and manage crises using technology and client collaboration.
Equipment Handling : Properly manage all company equipment, including radios, computer equipment, flashlights, and uniforms.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in security and 5 years in managing teams.
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Background : Previous military, EMS, or law enforcement experience.
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
Travel : Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
Background Check : Ability to pass a background check.
Physical and Mental Demands :
Activity Level : Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
Endurance : Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours.
Physical Strength : Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.
