Job Type : Full-Time Employee
Compensation : $70K - $90K commensurate with experience
Location : Remote & based in one of the following cities : Seattle, New York City, Austin, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco / Bay Area, Denver, Boston, Chicago, and Greater Washington D.C. Metro
Overview : The Social Media Manager is a full-time employee and key member of the National Brand Team who reports directly to the Director of Brand and Digital. The role is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s organic social media strategy across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, this role will play a key part in shaping the voice of Best Day Brewing across all social channels. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to develop engaging content, identify emerging trends, and drive the growth of our social presence. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker who’s passionate about brand storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Know Your Business
Stay informed about Best Day Brewing’s product portfolio, marketing materials, and campaigns, as well as key initiatives across the National and Business Unit marketing plans.
Develop, plan, and execute a weekly social media calendar across all organic channels, providing support for the ambassador team, new product launches, events, and promotions.
Identify and act on opportunities to grow Best Day Brewing’s social media following and increase engagement, staying proactive in suggesting new features, trends, and content ideas to elevate the brand.
Follow the Best Day Way (as provided and updated from time-to-time) as applicable.
