Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:

• Assist clients in securing hotel reservations by checking availability and processing bookings
• Ensure all reservations align with client requirements and are completed accurately
• Confirm bookings and share detailed reservation details, including itineraries and payment confirmations
  
  

Destination Knowledge:

• Stay updated on popular destinations, hotel amenities, and current deals or promotions
• Offer valuable insights and suggestions to help clients make informed choices about their accommodations
  
  

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of reservations, client communications, and payments using company systems
• Process payments and provide timely confirmations
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, or adjustments to existing reservations as needed
