Responsibilities:
Client Assistance:
- Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their hotel and travel preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations for hotels and resorts that fit client needs, budgets, and itineraries.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and handle special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Reservation Management:
- Assist clients in securing hotel reservations by checking availability and processing bookings.
- Ensure all reservations align with client requirements and are completed accurately.
- Confirm bookings and share detailed reservation details, including itineraries and payment confirmations.
Destination Knowledge:
- Stay updated on popular destinations, hotel amenities, and current deals or promotions.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, client communications, and payments using company systems.
