Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their scheduling and travel needs
- Assist with creating, organizing, and managing travel schedules, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Ensure all schedules align with client preferences, budgets, and special requests
- Create detailed itineraries for clients and update schedules promptly to accommodate changes
- Confirm bookings and ensure all details are accurately recorded and shared with clients
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely communication regarding reservations and adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and interactions using company systems
- Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts or challenges professionally and efficiently
- Stay informed about system updates and best practices to optimize scheduling processes
- Fully remote position, allowing you to work from home with flexible hours
