We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to clients. Specifically, this position will involve answering phone calls and emails from customers to receive new orders and input data for those orders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
-Fluency in spanish is a plus
