As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, they will drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is critical in providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, proactive, and business-oriented with a passion for data-driven financial planning.

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess business performance and market trends
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify financial risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial guidance
• Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior leadership
• Support product and sales teams with competitive pricing strategy development
• Drive cost control strategies to enhance financial efficiency and profitability
• Provide support for external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and internal controls

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting
• 2 years of managerial experience in finance/accounting roles
• Strong financial modeling & data analytics skills
• Experience working in manufacturing or complex business environments is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Advanced skills in Excel & data visualization tools
• CPA or CFA certification preferred but not required

Work Environment:

• This position is currently classified as on-site in City of Industry, CA

This position is currently classified as on-site.

Base Salary Range: $101,000 - $124,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
