Your Role
As an Outside Sales Representative for Best Friend Connections, you will be responsible for selling
to new prospects. You’ll contact prospects, set appointments, demonstrate our platform, and secure
new business accounts. You will be accountable for hitting weekly metrics that lead to bookings on
the Best Friend Connections platform from clients, with support from our leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and set appointments with potential clients according to assigned standards
and goals
- Cultivate a consistent sales pipeline to meet goals for new business by holding multiple in-
person meetings with prospects if needed
- Build value-added relationships with decision makers
- Collecting critical information during sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and to
provide feedback to company leadership
- Support new clients by demonstrating how to book sessions on the Best Friend Connections
platform
- Maintain expert knowledge of Best Friend Connections services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is task-based. Pay rate is $75 per client meeting set with an
uncapped commission bonus of 20% per first time user booking. Client targets are luxury senior
living communities consisting of 100-10,000 residents.
Travel
- Some travel required
- Required to attend all client meetings/demonstrations in person - Mileage will be paid for
miles driven and company will pay for any flight/train ticket purchases
- $50/day per diem for overnight travel
Qualifications
- Experience in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated strategic sales and closing experience
- Experience selling to older consumers
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work in and out of structure within a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic business solutions
- Solid problem-solving and consultative skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong presentation, organization, multitasking and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Equipment Needed
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Computer/quality internet connection
Successful candidate must have a declared United States residence and be legally able
to work in the United States
