Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

About Us:
We are a company specializing in health supplement raw materials, including plant extracts. Our operations involve batch-specific inventory management and seamless coordination between the warehouse and finance department. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory and shipping data. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Chinese are highly preferred, as we work closely with Chinese-speaking suppliers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound/outbound shipments, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate tracking and recording of all inventory data, including batch numbers and costs, in coordination with the finance department.
• Supervise and work closely with the warehouse associate responsible for forklift operation, loading, and unloading goods.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Implement and maintain warehouse systems and processes for efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory tracking, batch management, and cost accounting.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic accounting/inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with the finance team and other departments.
• Ability to manage and motivate warehouse staff.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with handling health supplement raw materials or similar products.
• Experience in a small to medium-sized warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation certification (not required but a plus).
