Staffing Coordinator - Home Care

• Staffing Coordinator Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced office. Must have strong communication skills and be motivated and determined to grow our office. We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and independently. Maintain an excellent rapport with our field workers and build relationships with our clients and HMO contracts.
• Staffing /Scheduling Caregivers with/to Assigned Patients
• Document all notes in software based system
• Calling caregivers/patients to verify attendance
• Report and document any incidents to Management
• Maintain accurate schedule data in the software based system
• Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by Best Home Care
• Motivated to resolve and manage any tasks necessary to resolve matters related to patients and/or caregivers
• Keeps schedules up to date with team member changes and communicates any changes in schedules including weekend coverage, holiday coverage and all vacation coverage;
• Demonstrates excellent customer service through telephone etiquette and timely response to emails/correspondences
• Performs other duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
