You must have these things:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HVAC Installer
- High School Diploma, GED, or completion of Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
- Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
What you will do:
- Responsibilities include: analyzing work orders, following travel schedules, addressing customer concerns, performing designated work, and solving problems proactively
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and information flow continuously
- Before each installation job, ensure to request required parts and equipment in advance, and verify that the truck is loaded with all necessary materials for completion
- Accurately document work performed following company procedures
- Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/manager
- Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained
Compensation- $80,000 - $120,000 per year
