What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Lead agent growth initiatives for the entire company
  • Implement CEOs vision. Hire more agents.
  • Master company’s value propositions, comp models, and tools
  • Attain dominate market share in target markets in Arizona and other states.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Recruiting agents to join BEST is the main focus of day to day activities.
  • Meet with at least 15 new agents per week.
  • This role requires cold outreach (i.e. cold calling, cold email and texting)
  • Target: To consistently hire 15-20 agents per month.
  • Achieve and maintain goals set in the 90 Fast Track Guide.
  • Master presenting the Best Homes value proposition to Partner RevShare Agents, Partner Agents, and Team Leaders.
  • Master presenting the compensation packages for each model.

Job Requirements

Experience, Training, and Education

  • Ideal Candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in Real Estate or Mortgage Recruiting
  • Successful track record in recruiting real estate sales agents, LOs, or agents as clients
  • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skills accompanied by overall, current training/teaching methods

Compensation

  • Expected First Year Earnings: $75,000 - $120,000
