Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, including using WhatsApp for business needs
- Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients using industry-leading technology
- Liaise between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers
- Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing first-class customer service
- Manage the movement of client goods, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction
- Use industry-leading technology to provide market-competitive pricing for customer shipments
- Collaborate with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions
- Exercise flexibility with work schedules, participating in on-call/after-hours rotations as needed
Requirements:
- Ambitious, outgoing, and success-driven mindset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Operational experience within the 3PL/logistics field (preferred but not required)
