What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relief Night Auditor/ Front Desk position at BEST MOTEL?
Our company is looking for a well-groomed, professional hotel front desk to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephone reservations, and verifying guest's payment methods during check-in.
Customer service experience is required, even if it is not in hospitality industry. We will provide paid training to the right applicant.
Candidates should be able to work all shifts from 11-7. & 3-11 Audit position maybe 10 hour shifts (9PM-7AM)
Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Running reports -Balancing the day's work -Check all guests in and out of the hotel -Assist all guests with problems or questions they may have -Be very reliable and flexible with your schedule -Willing to work weekends and Holidays -Able to multi-task -
****Prior Front Desk experience in the hospitality business required***
***Must have transportation
***Must have a good work ethic
***Background checks completed on all applicants
