- Operating and maintaining various shop machinery and equipment, including hydraulic lifts and diagnostic tools
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure seamless workflow and efficient service delivery
