WORK SCHEDULE:
As an HVAC and Electrical Sales Rep, your work schedule will primarily involve weekdays from Monday to Thursday, operating between 9 AM and 7 PM. Additionally, you'll be on-call after hours to assist customers as needed.
YOUR DAY:
In this role, you'll focus on networking and building relationships with potential leads and sources of new jobs. You'll visit customer homes to provide estimates for installations and work to close those deals with professionalism. Your role also includes post-installation follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and finalize job details.
TO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Sales experience
- Networking prowess
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to comfortably work with technology
- A valid driver's license, ability to drive, and being insurable
- Excel proficiency (experience with CRMs is a plus)
Construction knowledge is a plus!
