HVAC System Sales Design Consultant

Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing, and Electrical is hiring an HVAC System Sales Design Consultant. Let's be clear: this is NOT a 40-hour-a-week job. During the summer, expect to work 60 hours and 6 days a week. This is not an entry-level position; it's for someone ready to put in the effort to earn significant income. This role offers one of the highest earning potentials, but it takes time to build referrals, learn the industry, and grow your pipeline. Results won't come overnight. Responsibilities: 

• Bid & run projects from start to finish for HVAC Sales projects
• Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.)
• Translate customer’s desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home
• Develop and deliver sales presentations
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Scheduling, change orders, submittals, close out packages
• Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training
• Design projects & work with customers for best solutions
• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications: 

• At least two (2) years of In Home Sales Experience preferred 
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred
• Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
• Excellent computer skills are required for this position
• Excellent customer & employee relation skills are a must
• Excellent local reputation & knowledge of the Portland service area is desired
