Best Point is seeking a Front Desk Assistant that is responsible for greeting visitors at the front door and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Additionally, this position will assist with basic clerical duties such as typing letters, managing phone calls, and handling deliveries.

Additionally, this position will assist with basic clerical duties such as typing letters, managing phone calls, and handling deliveries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing letters, managing spreadsheets, and handling faxing and copying.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk-Utilizing the visitor software to check in visitors and volunteers.
- Generating visitor badges
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, and scanners).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school diploma
