What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Best Point?
Best Point is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator that will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum of 1-2 years professional experience in an office environment preferred. Recruitment and compliance experience, as well as experience with ADP HRIS system is strongly preferred.
Interviewing skills, computer expertise and good organizational skills required. Must possess strong organizational and technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
Must be skilled in communication, interpersonal skills, discretion/confidentiality, and thoughtful decision making.
