We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges also scheduling
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Mac Os and other relevant software programs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
