We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals.... from initial contact through signing final sales documents. This is a great opportunity to make a huge impact for our growing company and would be ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience selling over the phone (successful technology or software sales is a plus). You will be making outbound calls 60% of the time and engaging in phone call and email follow ups. Need to be able to quickly build rapport and efficiently ask probing questions. Experience selling to retail store owners is a plus (Grocery, Convenience, etc.) You will help on-board new customers by acting as a trusted consultant to answer their questions, overcome objections and walk them through signing sales documents electronically.
```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM software (Hub Spot)

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound phone sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Experience with CRM software is preferred (Hub Spot), but not a necessity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The target compensation for this opportunity is $85,000 ($52k base commissions). We are a growing company with opportunities for additional responsibilities and advancement. There is no limit to income potential.
