Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative at Digital Forensics Corp. will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the digital forensics space. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong interest in technology and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to Inbound Leads: Engage with potential clients who reach out via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Client Inquiries: Answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients looking for information about our services, providing them with accurate details and addressing their needs.
- CRM Management: Regularly review and update the CRM system to track client interactions, check for new leads, and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Client Follow-ups: Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases by providing case updates, news, and conducting follow-up communication as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Full-Time Commitment: Availability to work full-time and dedicate the necessary time and energy to meet sales targets.
- Sales or Collections Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or collections, with a proven track record of success.
- Call Center Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a call center environment, providing services to clients in the US, Canada, or the UK.
