Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background understanding of accounting principle and shall be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform accounts reconciliations and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for raw materials, finished goods, and work in progress.
- Maintain database for daily production report results.
- Manage day to day office operations, including handling correspondence scheduling appointments and maintain office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, technical accounting principles, and GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
