Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in expanding RejuvenationMD Med Spa's reach by managing social media, organizing onsite events, and implementing grassroots marketing strategies. We are seeking a creative and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to help grow our brand in innovative ways.
Job Purpose
- Execute social media strategy and grow following on all channels.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to develop effective grassroots marketing strategies.
- Produce and manage events that foster a positive and engaging culture.
- Consistent brand voice on all platforms.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Onsite Events
- Plan and execute onsite events such as open houses, product launches, client appreciation events, and treatment demonstrations.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including invitations, vendor coordination, setup, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the onsite teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.
- Social Media Coordination
- Implement a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Coordinate, curate, and schedule engaging posts, including images, videos, and client testimonials.
- Monitor trends in aesthetics and wellness to craft content that resonates with the target audience.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
- Grassroots Marketing
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to promote the med spa.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
- Distribute promotional materials, including brochures and branded merchandise, in the local area.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services and products.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and social media efforts using analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration
- Partner with the team to ensure brand messaging aligns across all touch points.
- Support internal teams with marketing materials and strategies to enhance client communication and retention.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. hootsuite or Canva).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for the wellness and aesthetics industry.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event planning (experience in the wellness, beauty, or med spa industry is a plus).

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
Travel Required:
Hybrid role with availability to travel to sites, meetings, events, and trainings required.
