Service Management & Execution
The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring quality, timely, and efficient service delivery to all customers. This individual will be focused on revenue generation, team building, and driving results while maintaining efficiency and exceptional service standards.
Key Performance Indicators
- Track performance and report on key financial metrics.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and service staff. Conduct regular training, foster a positive work culture, and ensure high morale and motivation.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate service schedules, ensure timely completion of projects, and handle logistics for HVAC system repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Ensure service quality standards are met and exceeded.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Additional Requirements
- HVAC certification or trade school training preferred. Additional certifications or specialized training in HVAC systems is a plus.
