Miller HVAC Service, Inc. is a family owned and operated commercial and industrial HVAC service company located in the South Carolina upstate. We have an immediate opening for a full-time HVAC project manager.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:
- Review mechanical drawings for incoming quote requests.
- Conduct thorough site assessments, develop accurate cost estimations, and prepare and submit competitive bids/quotes.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and expectations.
- Ensure successful project completion by effectively managing timelines, budgets, and project scope.
Oversight & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the HVAC Superintendent to ensure alignment between the field team and project goals.
Safety & Documentation:
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify any issues early.
- Record accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project reports.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status.

Qualifications
- 5 years project management.
- 5 years estimating experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, design, installation, and maintenance processes.
- Understanding of HVAC codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license mandatory.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary based on experience, with additional commission.
