Job Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, confirm order details, re-engage past clients for repeat business, and track client activity using CRM software.
- Sales & Opportunity Management: Accurately enter sales quotes, manage open opportunities, drive sales growth through follow-ups and effective closing, log sales activities, and maintain a list of opportunities.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare sales reports, communicate relevant updates during sales meetings, and share progress along with updates on client and competitive information.
- Lead Generation & Marketing Support: Generate new leads through online research and cold outreach, assist with marketing campaigns, track campaign metrics, and support email marketing efforts.
