Purpose: The Territory Executive (TE) will be a key member of the commercial sales organization to achieve growth with the highest priority customers and projects in a defined geographical territory. Within the defined geography the TE will develop and maintain customer relationships and manage customer expectations. The clientele the TE will partner with and develop will include but not limited to, industrial, general contractors, home builders, events, independent business and others to support the customer’s waste strategy.
The TE will own responsibilities for growth as well as retaining current partnerships. Key elements of the role:
· Conduct effective sales presentations to represent the value, services and products Best Trash offers
· Create relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth, expansion and market share
· Ability to analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to navigate expansion for Best Trash
· Meet and exceed KPI’s set forth by the VP of Sales
· Use of CRM to manage sales processes (proposals, quotes, contacts)
· Strong pipeline management skills (prospective customers, projects and CRM)
· Partner with operations organization to successfully meet customer expectations, and follow Best Trash operating procedures
· Willingness to be flexible and a team player to contribute to success of the overall business
· Additional initiatives and requirements set forth by Best Trash
Qualifications:
· Strong business development and retention skills
· Route-based business expertise
· Customer service knowledge and passion
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
· Efficient using Microsoft’s suite of products and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Navusoft or similar)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
