Breakfast Attendant
Duties:
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting guests during breakfast hours
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve food items such as coffee, tea, pastries, and other breakfast items
- Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner, following all food safety guidelines
- Monitor and replenish food items as needed to ensure a consistent supply for guests
- Clear tables and clean dining areas promptly to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
- Assist with catering events and special functions as required
- Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation system is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
