Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, such as hotels, hospitality, custodial services, and industrial cleaning.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Train new housekeeping employees
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management
