Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and handling various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
  • Assist with phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette and systems.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation to work and show up to work on time for every scheduled shift
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
