Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and managing correspondence as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Answering calls, email.
