We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This position plays a crucial role in providing a positive guest experience.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management practices
Schedule:
2pm to 10pm, Monday and Tuesday with an added day during the busy summer season.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
