Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Help set up and break down catering events as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries.
- Ensure that all food presentation meets quality standards before serving.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of bussing techniques and catering operations is a plus.
