Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as required by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and service to guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
