We're looking for a Front Desk Agent with great communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and an ability to empathize with customers. Your primary responsibilities will be greeting and assisting customers, resolving customer concerns and resolving phone in requests. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, a friendly personality and an understanding of office procedures.
