Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our dynamic team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, handle front desk operations, and perform night audit duties. The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with check-in, check-out, and any other guest-related inquiries
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls and responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and provide detailed information to management as required
- Perform night audit duties, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card receipts
- Ensure all guest rooms are clean and tidy, and make any necessary adjustments to guest room assignments
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize hotel management systems to perform tasks such as room assignments and guest folios
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Demonstrate proficiency in communication skills, with a focus on guest relations
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Collaborate with other members of the front desk team to ensure seamless service and a seamless guest experience
Experience:
We are seeking a candidate with experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a front desk or guest services role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Hilton's hotel management systems and a willingness to learn are also essential for this position.
