Hotel Front Desk Manager & General Manager Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk operations while also serving as a key assistant to the General Manager at our Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel. In this dual role, you’ll lead a team of front desk agents to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily operations, and support the GM with administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure top-tier hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and issue resolution with a focus on Medallia top 20% rankings.
- Assist the GM with scheduling, reporting, sales support, and operational planning.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with housekeeping, and uphold Best Western brand standards.
- Qualifications:
- Preferred 2 years of hotel front desk or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
