YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Hotel Front Desk Attendant at Hotel Moab Downtown, your responsibilities include :
- Registering guests and assigning rooms
- Efficiently checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Communicating all hotel services and accommodations
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
- Resolving guest complaints and ensuring positive guest relations
